Braden Perry

Braden Perry was elected to City Council in 2015 after serving as the Chair of the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Crime Prevention and Safety Committee. He has also served as a Director of the Tomahawk Road Homes Association since 2011. A partner in the law firm of Kennyhertz Perry, LLC, Braden is a former federal enforcement attorney, working in the areas of government compliance, investigations, enforcement, regulatory matters, and litigation. He was previously a Senior Trial Attorney for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Chief Compliance Officer of Mariner Holdings.

Active in the community, Braden fundraises for Children’s Mercy Hospital and the American Royal. In addition, he serves on the Children’s Mercy Hospital Family Advisory Board. Braden is also on the Board of Directors and Recording Secretary of the Kansas City Securities Association. Braden resides in Mission Hills with his wife Addie and two boys, Briggs and Des and serves on City Council to keep Mission Hills a wonderful place to raise a family.
