This plan was prepared by Confluence with guidance from the Steering Committee, the 2023 Resident Survey, and resident input from the March and September Open Houses (click here to view the boards presented at the September Open House). The Planning Commission approved the plan and has sent it to the City Council for approval at their January 12 meeting, at 5:30pm.
