An Urban Forestry License is required for persons whose business or service could result in pruning, trimming, spraying, treatment or removal of a tree on an property within the City of Mission Hills.
Please attach a Certificate of Insurance, listing umbrella coverage and have The City of Mission Hills listed as the certificate holder. The Urban Forestry License is renewable each calendar year. The cost for the Urban Forestry License is $60.00 annually.
In order to obtain a 2023 Urban Forestry License, please create an account through our online permitting system. The permit application is accessed by visiting www.MissionHillsKS.gov and clicking on Permits and Licenses button.
