Gregg Davidson

Gregg is in his first term as a member of the City Council. He was active on the Tomahawk Roads Homes Association as a board member, Treasurer and President. Gregg received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He worked in a family furniture business for 15 years then in real estate with Reece Nichols for the last 35 years. He sold for years then managed offices and condominium projects around the City. 

Gregg and his wife Sirenna Beyer have lived in Mission Hills almost 30 years. They have two grown children Annie and Ben. Both are living and working in Boulder, Colorado. Lilly the white schnauzer loves running in the yard, walking with Gregg up and down Belinder and of course barking at anyone who enters the cul-de-sac. He enjoys reading, golf, tennis and working in the yard. 

He is a past president of Heartland MLS (the local multiple listing service for REALTORS) and a past board member of the local real estate board. He continues to stay involved with the board and serves on a number of committees. Gregg also serves on the HAKC board (Home Associations of Kansas City) as Vice President in his third term. The association collects dues and supports 85 homes associations around the K.C. Metro including Mission Hills. Gregg has always been a strong proponent of organized homes associations.
